Gustave G. Dylla Sr. was the founder of our former company Rubber & Silicone Products in Fairfield NJ. His vast knowledge and experience spanned over 50 years in the rubber and urethane industry. In June of 2002, Gustave Dylla Sr retired as President of Rubber & Silicone Products and passed control of running the company to his son Gustave G. Dylla Jr.
In January of 2003, Gus Jr left Rubber & Silicone Products Co. in order to start his own company. On March 23, 2003 Dylla Manufacturing Co., Inc. was formed. The focus of this new company was to manufacture customized rubber and urethane products through high degrees of automation and computerized technology. Keeping in mind that quality and costs were key ingredients in the manufacturing process.
